Auto-Ship FAQ

What payment methods do you accept for Auto-Ship orders?
Credit cards are the only payment method currently available for Auto-Ship orders.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

When will I be charged for my order?
Pay for your first shipment when you subscribe.  After that, you will be automatically charged for each reorder, individually, on the day that it ships.

When will my first order ship?
We'll process your first order as soon as you register!  Shipment will depend on which shipping method you select.  You can track your orders in the Order History section of "My Account."

How do I make changes to my Auto-Ship account?
You can change your shipping address in the Edit Account section of "My Account."  For all other changes, please contact our friendly customer service department.  We're available by phone Monday through Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm CST (Central Standard Time).

How do I cancel my Auto-Ship account?
You can cancel your Auto-Ship subscription at any time - just contact our friendly customer service department!  We're available by phone Monday through Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm CST (Central Standard Time).
